Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Before you subscribe we show the price, billing period, and these terms. If a price changes, we'll notify you before it applies at your next renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is completed through Stripe's Link service, which acts as the merchant of record, so it appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* ROUNDBALL AI and Stripe's purchase terms apply alongside this policy. Subscriptions are currently available to customers in the United States.
Cancel any time from your account settings under Manage subscription — no call or email needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
We don't prorate or refund partial periods. If it's your first paid period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge by emailing [email protected]. Fees pay for access to statistical analysis; they are not refundable because a projection did not come in.
If a plan includes a free trial, we tell you the price that applies when it ends and remind you before your first charge.
